Benefits for the Customer Care Representative Position

As part of our company, we believe in all our employees and offer the opportunity for advancement.  We are happy to offer our Customer Care Representative a salary of $12 per hour plus bonuses.  In addition, we offer medical insurance, 401K, 1 week paid vacation per year and 5 paid holidays. 

A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be focused on our customer's and providing great customer service.  You will answer all incoming calls, memorize and reiterate a script, schedule appointments, and answer or redirect customer concerns.  Our Customer Care Representative will perform other duties as assigned, such as filing or other client relations duties.

What you Need to be Qualified for the Customer Care Representative Position

  • Friendly, outgoing phone voice
  • Upbeat, professional, and enjoys helping people
  • Genuine empathy toward customer's problems
  • Computer literate, can multitask and has good listening skills
  • Committed and has a thirst for improvement
  • Typing requirement of at least 30 wpm
